This Privacy Policy explains how Anfolabs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the mobile application Grammar Means Business (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Personal Information you provide: e.g. name, email address, profile information you choose to supply when creating an account or contacting support.
• Device & usage data: device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, app usage data, crash reports and analytics.
• Media files: photos and videos only if you explicitly select and upload them or if you use a feature that requires the camera.
• Push notification tokens: tokens required to send push notifications to your device.

2. Permissions & Why We Request Them

The App declares the following Android permissions. Each permission and its reason are listed below:

• android.permission.INTERNET — Required to connect to our servers, fetch content, make API requests, and communicate with third-party services.
• com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE — Required to receive push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (or similar). We use push notifications only for important app messages, updates, or user-allowed alerts.
• android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — Required only when you choose to select or upload files (images, documents) from your device. We do not read files from your storage unless you explicitly initiate the action.
• android.permission.CAMERA — Required only if you use a camera feature (e.g., scan QR codes, take photos). The camera is not used in the background and no images are captured without your interaction.

If you do not want the App to access these features, do not grant the permission when prompted, or uninstall the App. Some features may be unavailable without the requested permissions.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
• To process uploads and media you provide (for example, saving a photo you choose to upload).
• To send push notifications that you opt into (news, updates, alerts).
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• To monitor, analyze, and improve the App (analytics and crash reporting).

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We may share your information with:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging, analytics services, email delivery).

5. Storage & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By using the App you acknowledge and accept this risk.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as analytics and improving the product.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information (including email, account ID, and quiz scores) only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. We also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account Deletion Rights

You have the right to request that your account and associated personal data be permanently deleted.

• Deletion Scope: Deletion includes your profile information, email address, and all historical quiz scores and achievements. We may retain anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you for analytics purposes.

• Timeframe: We will process and confirm the deletion of your personal data within thirty (30) days of receiving a verifiable request.

9. Children

Our App is not directed to children under 13 (or local age of consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.
